The Jean Latour conference centre is located in the very heart of the Hôtel-Dieu, unique monument that has been perfectly conserved since the Middle Ages.
It is an exceptional site for work and reflection, situated on the first floor of the Hôtel-Dieu.
One reaches it by crossing the incomparable Court of Honour, where one can stop to admire the famous buildings with their timber-framed walls and enamelled tiles.
It is comprised of :
a conference hall of 75 m² which can seat up to 50 people.

It is fitted with a P.A. system and a video projector with large screen, and completed by an audio-visual installation comprising :
- viewer
- slide projector
- cassette recorder
- CD player
- tuner
- amplifier
- mixing console
- H.F. microphones
- Macintosh - PC computer interface
a function room of 65 m², which can be modulated from 1 to 3 rooms, accommodating up to 60 people
a reception room of 100 m² accommodating up to 100 people
a pantry where the caterer can set up if there to be is catering
a control room
an administrative office
changing rooms, wash rooms

The 146th Hospices de Beaune wine auction 2006 took place on sunday 19th November
For this occasion, the charity barrel has been sold on behalf of 2 associations "Enfants et Santé"
and "Princesse Margarita de Roumanie". The sale has reached the historic record of 200 000 €uros.
The next Hospices de Beaune wine Auction will be on Sunday 18th November 2007.
