The buildings belonging to the institution, acquired through donations and legacies over the centuries, are many and varied.
There are several exceptional buildings dating from the 15th century, such as the Convent of the Cordeliers, which adjoins the Hôtel-Dieu, and its adjoining bastion, or again the Hôtel de Saulx.

As the hospital activities gradually moved out of the rooms of the Hôtel-Dieu, these have been fitted out and redecorated for the pleasure and curiosity of visitors.
Some of the rooms can be hired for gala dinners, prestigious events and conferences.
