Producing the wine

The wine-growing estate covers more than sixty one hectares, the fruit of donations and legacies to the Hôtel-Dieu since its foundation, and it is still increasing over the years.

Twenty-three wine growers are payed to work on the Hospices de Beaune vineyards under the management of a vine-loving land agent.

The international reputation of the Hospices de Beaune wines, of which the majority are first growths and great growths, does not tolerate the slightest imperfection.
